15 days free replacement: If the product has quality problems under normal use within 15 days from the date of sale, customers can choose to replace the new product. The replacement product should be the same model and specifications as the new product. As the same model and specifications are no longer in production, the replacement will be not lower than the original product performance of similar products of the same brand.
5 years free warranty: If the product has quality problems under normal use within 5 years (1 year for the battery) from the date of sale, the user has free repair services. The user may pay to repair the product out of warranty. Only charge the cost of parts.
Consumers warranty with the “warranty card”, shopping invoices or receipts, or online shopping retailer provided the number to contact the dealer. The dealer will provide services to consumers. CYANSKY will provide service support to the dealer.
The warranty service does not cover any damage or failure caused by:
- Extreme high dropping, unauthorized modification, or alteration;
- Improper use, storage, or maintenance;
- Battery leakage;
- Saltwater and corrosion damage the product;
- Damage caused by improper maintenance;
- Ordinary wear, tear, and fading.
